Brings On Board A Formidable Work Experience across Pan Asia
New Delhi, November 7, 2007: H&B Stores Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dabur India Limited, today announced the appointment of Mr. Graeme A. Fraser as the head of Sourcing, buying & Merchandising for the specialty retail venture. Mr. Fraser will be responsible for all aspects of H&B Stores Ltd's supply chain activities, including the development of the vendor base, overall administration of procurement processes and Marketing. Mr. Fraser is originally from New Zealand and lived in Asia for some 8 years.

Prior to joining H&B Stores, Mr. Fraser was a Vice President of Li & Fung Trading Limited, Hong Kong. Li & Fung group is one of the largest sourcing company in the world with turnover exceeding 8 billion US$. In addition to the wide range and variety of consumer products available through its sourcing network, Li & Fung also leverages its strengths in custom product design and development to provide complete global sourcing solutions for its customers. Mr. Graeme Fraser was with the Li & Fung group close to 8 year in various senior management roles across Sourcing, Retailing, Health & Beauty Supply Chain Management operating in mainland China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Korea and Japan.

He has also been associated with Unilever Australia Limited and has in-depth knowledge in the field of retail management. Prior to moving to Asia he held a senior executive role with National Foods one of Australia's largest Beverage and Food companies. Mr. Fraser has various post graduate studies in Marketing and Retailing from University of New South Wales and Monash University.
H&B Stores Ltd aims to establish its presence in the retail market in India with a chain of stores on the Health & Beauty format. The first store in expected to open by mid-January 2008, offering international quality store environment and product range.
