Offers over 30% more protection as compared to vapourisers, coils: Study
 
New Delhi, August 17th, 2017: Dabur Odomos, the country’s most trusted personal application mosquito repellent, has emerged as the best in-home protection against deadly Dengue-causing mosquitoes. According to a study conducted by a reputed NABL-accredited laboratory, Dabur Odomos offers significantly higher protection against the deadly mosquitoes as compared to liquid vapourisers and coils.
 
The study revealed that mean total protection offered by Odomos mosquito repellent cream against Dengue-causing Aedes Aegypti mosquito was significantly high (at 99.98%) as compared to liquid vapourisers (66.08%) and coils (64.16%) during the first 30 minutes of exposure. The mean protection offered by fabric Roll-On mosquito repellents was even lower at 31.08%, Dabur India Ltd Marketing Head-Home Care Mr. Prashant Agarwal said.

Moving forward on its mission to fight the dengue menace, Dabur Odomos today also announced the launch of its mega school-level initiative, Zero Tolerance Against Mosquito. Under this initiative, Odomos – along with Health Care majors in each city – will visit schools to spread awareness about mosquito-borne diseases and educate school kids about effective prevention methods.
