Finance DIL SE

Finance DIL Se is a learning module designed to support the Finance function. We have structured our Learning interventions to include reinforcement stage, which includes post session modules, assessments and project led coaching to ensure reinforcement of learning from theoretical sessions which happens in programs.

Sales DIL Se

Sales Dabur India Limited (Sales DIL Se) is a training program with Sales driven modules, movement from classroom to virtual programs with virtual breakout room, virtual coaching, as well as virtual talks/webinars/ expert sessions. This covers over 50% of our managerial cadre and includes programs for Sales leadership Development, Marketing Skills, Digital Marketing etc.

My association with Dabur has been a little over 1 year but it has truly been a roller coaster. Right from Day 1, I have observed that Dabur entrusts each employee to act independently in their respective sphere of expertise. As an employee, I believe this is extremely empowering and brings out the best of individuals.
