- 2 tbsp margarine,
- 2 tbsp Dabur Honey,
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract,
- 2 bananas,
- 1 1/4 cups plain flour,
- 1 tsp baking powder,
- 1/2 tsp baking soda,
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 190c.
Put the butter, honey and vanilla (and weed, if you're using it) in a pan over a low heat to melt, then set aside for a few minutes.
Mash the bananas and in another bowl measure out the flour, baking powder, bicarb and salt.
Mix the melted butter mixture with the bananas, then mix that into the dry ingredients.
Don't overmix, just stir a couple of times to make a lumpy sludge.
Fill 8-12 muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Leave to cool in tin for 5 minutes then cool on a wire rack.
Preparation Time: 30 mins.
Cooking Time: 15 mins.
