Mr. Mohit Malhotra
Mr. Mohit Malhotra joined us as a Management Trainee in 1994. Under his leadership, Dabur has created a global footprint and has emerged as a transnational consumer products maker with presence across 120 countries. He is the key driver of Company's agenda to popularise and contemporise Ayurveda while focusing on Dabur's motto of being "Dedicated to the Health & Well-Being of every household". A passionate advocate for a sustainable, diverse and inclusive global future, Mr Malhotra has overall responsibility for the company’s strategic direction and continued growth.

Mr. P. D. Narang
A financial wizard, Mr. P. D. Narang is a trusted professional who has guided the Dabur Group through its patches of rough weather. The first Dabur employee to be elevated to the rank of a Director within the company, Mr. Narang is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant. He was instrumental in the hugely successful Initial Public Offering of Dabur in 1994. Over the years, he has achieved great laurels for the Group by establishing several new ventures like AVIVA Life Insurance, besides being a key force behind the acquisition of two overseas companies by Dabur India Ltd – Hobi Kozmetik Group of Turkey and Namaste Laboratories of the US. He has also helped Dabur establish several manufacturing ventures in overseas nations, including Nepal, Dubai, Egypt, Nigeria and Bangladesh.

Mr. Ankush Jain is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary, with rich and varied exposure in globally renowned MNCs. A Finance professional with over two decades of experience, Mr Jain oversees the Accounting, Business Support, Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, Internal audit and Tax functions at Dabur globally. In his uniquely integrated role, Mr. Jain is responsible for all financial matters across Dabur's operations spanning five continents.

Mr. Biplab Baksi is the Chief Human Resource Officer of Dabur India Limited. He is an HR Leader with passion for growing Business, People and bringing positive Cultural change.
As a career HR professional with 26 years of experience, Mr. Biplab is an XLRI 1993 batch alumnus with vast experience in various cultures, having led diverse teams in multiple countries and understands cultural nuances and contextualises HR programs for maximum effectiveness and business results.

Rahul Awasthi is the Head of Operations at Dabur India Ltd, overseeing the entire Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Packaging Development, Corporate Quality Assurance functions around the globe.
An experienced operations leader and a change agent with nearly two decades of extensive experience in the manufacturing and technical area across geographies, Rahul is instrumental in creating beloved and trusted product experiences for millions of Dabur consumers across the globe.

Mr. P D Narang is the Group Director, Corporate Affairs, Dabur India Limited. Born in 1954, Mr. Narang specialized in Finance and started his professional career in 1979 with his own practice. He joined the Dabur family in 1983 as a Management consultant with a mandate to streamline the finance, accounts and audit function of the company.
