  • SSABUDANA-250GRMS
  • SALT ACCTO TASTE,BREAD SLICES 6-7 PIECES
  • CHEESE 200 GRMS
  • CHAAT MASSALA
  • TOOTHPICKS
  • OIL FOR FRYIN

Method

  1. SOAK SABUDANA WITH LITTLE WATER OVERNIGHT IN THE MORNING
  2. TAKE A LARGE BOWL ADD SABUDANA,BREAD AND CHESE(CRUBLE WITH HANDS),AND SALT ACC TO TASTE KNEAD ALL OF THE INGREDIANTS TOGETHER INTO A DOUGH
  3. TAKE SOME MIXTURE ABOUT TWO SPOONS AND PUT ON THE TOOTHPICK SUCH THAT IT LOOKS LIKE A LOLIPOP IT CAN BE FLATTENED WITH HANDS MAKE AROUND TEN SUCH LOLIPOPS AND FRY THEM IH OIL FOR 5-7 MIN OR TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. SERVE WITH HONEY TOPPING,SAUCE OR GREEN CHUTNEY AFTER FRYING
  5. THE LOLIPOPS LOOK AS IF STUDDED WITH PEARLS AND TASTE GREAT
