1 kg Fish fillet
50 ml Lemoneez
2 tbsp Hommade Ginger-Garlic Paste
10 gm Ajwain
150 gm Besan
50 gm Maida
200 ml Vinegar
½ bunch green coriander
1 egg
Red colour
Salt, garam masala, red chilli powder as desired |
| Procedure |
Make batter of Besan, Maida, Eggs, Vinegar, Lemoneez, Hommade Ginger-Garlic Paste, green coriander, ajwain, red colour, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder
Make a little spicy and sour batter
Put fish fillets in the batter and keep fillets for at least 1 hour.
To garnish:
Deep fry fish and garnish with lemon wedges, lacha salad and green coriander |
