  One serving size is defined as:  
 
Drink one glass of delicious fruit juice either at home or in school and youre on your way to 5-a-day.
 
1/2 cup of cooked vegetables equals one serving of your 5-a-day.
 
One medium fruit counts as one serving of your 5-a-day.
 
A whole carrot/ tomato/cucumber/radish counts as one serving.
 
A handful of dry fruits makes one serving of your 5-a-day  
 
One cup of salad counts as one serving. A medium salad is 2 servings and a large salad makes 3 servings.
